FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is an escape game and how exactly does it work?
The principle of the escape game is simple – up to 7 players have 60 minutes to crack the puzzles and work their way out of the escape room. Before you start, you get a short introduction and a brief warm-up for the game. Then the puzzling begins. By combining objects and clues, you can reach the goal together and escape! Only if you put all the clues together correctly will you find the way out.
How late can I cancel?
You can cancel your booking online up to 48 hours in advance. Or let us know by phone or email within this time frame if you can’t come after all. Only then can we refund your payment!
Excluded from this are corporate events during the high season: from September to March. Here the cancellation period is one week.
What if there are fewer of us than stated in the booking?
You can adjust your booking online accordingly up to 48 hours in advance. Or let us know by phone or email within this time frame if something changes. Only then can we refund you the difference!
What happens if you don’t find the solution within 60 minutes?
Then you were simply unlucky or overlooked something … But of course we won’t leave you on your own, and we’re happy to give you hints.
From what age can you take part?
Every room has its own story and a different level of difficulty.
Some of our rooms are suitable from age 10.
Others are only suitable from age 14 or 18.
Our age recommendation is shown next to the description of each room.
As some of the rooms are horror rooms, we ask you to always read the description and decide for yourself whether the room is suitable for your child or not.
In every game there must be a supervisor of at least 18 years of age who takes responsibility.
As the accompanying person, we recommend that you judge for yourself whether the child is old enough to follow the game and take an active part.
Young people between 12 and 17 years of age can alternatively bring a consent form signed by their legal guardian.
There is no upper age limit.
Who should not take part?
We advise against taking part if you have mental health conditions, heart conditions, asthma or other serious illnesses. Please also read our Terms & Conditions.
How long does the whole thing take?
The whole experience usually takes about 80 minutes, including a short introduction before the game and a debriefing afterwards. The actual playing time is 60 minutes.
Is there a dress code?
Definitely not – come as you feel comfortable and can move freely. Full-body suits and masks are perhaps a little counterproductive – sometimes you really do need a clear view.
How many people can play?
There must be at least 2 and at most 7 players.
Is access barrier-free?
Unfortunately, we have to point out that our location and the games are not barrier-free. We understand how important access is for everyone and regret any inconvenience this may cause. If you have special needs or would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always ready to offer support and advice within our means.
When should we be there?
Fifteen minutes early is the right time …
So if you have booked for 5 p.m., for example, please be there at a quarter to five! Welcome, storing your belongings, maybe a quick visit to the toilet, having the game explained – all this takes a little time. So please be there 15 minutes beforehand!

What if we’re not on time?
Punctuality is very important for the escape room experience, as we work to a tight schedule in order to give all our guests an optimal experience. If you realise that you cannot arrive on time for your booked appointment, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen things can happen, and we will do our best to find a solution that works for everyone involved.
Please note, however, that a delay may shorten your team’s playing time, as we have to guarantee the following groups a punctual start to their game.
